It is the morning after first night of the Oregon star shooting road trip and I am already feeling classically spent! laughing
Update: last night was MESSY weather on the coast with thick, soupy fog moving in and out of our location. Most of the time we were looking up through a damp haze, but the fog pulled away a few times to get some stills. Check out this hastily edited shot from last night. In honor of my girlfriend who couldn’t make the trip, I call this one “Unicorn Landing”
Up next, 10 hours of driving to the desert of Southeast Oregon!
Mt Thielsen is a short drive away from Crater Lake so Valorie and I made a detour there on the way home. It’s an incredible place with beautiful views all around. But, with bodies crippled from the climb just hours before, we made it a fast trip with the priority of getting home!
Here is my lovely girlfriend, Valorie- her first time at Crater Lake.
